Can some one walk me through the steps it takes to post some movie frames to this site?

I have some shots done with D-50 and T-200 that may be of interest.

Soon I will have some scenes double shot on both Ektachrome T-125 and neg stop T-200 ..might be of interest .

Movie frames generally look ok on my NLE and dark when I import them on to Photoshop. Some of the frames I would like to post are night exterior scenes and are dark to start with, should I lighten them up a bit in Photoshop before posting for comparison?

To post an image you have to first put it onto your own webspace then when posting a message to this board you use the instant UBB code (click the 'image' box) and put in the URL for the picture on the web and then it will show.
